The Village: Old Bolingbroke has a good local pub which serves food. The historic castle is just 50 Meters from the development. Local shops are located in East Kirkby (1 1/2 miles) or Spilsby (3 miles).

The Area: The Lincolnshire Wolds have an abundance of country walks, fishing venues and secluded villages. The coast offering entertainment, restaurants and much more is about 15 miles to the east.
